Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be rescheduled within 12 hours of the appointment start time. Failure to reschedule before the 12 hour time frame will result in a fee made up of 50% of the scheduled services. I also charge a 50% fee for no shows.
Please reach out if you’re going to be late to your appointment. I try to accommodate but please know that sometimes I simply cannot. If you arrive later than 7 minutes into your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. In this instance, it would be considered a no show and will result in a 50% charge.
